Shane Rout - všechny nástroje The picture disc LP of Suicidal Emotions has been released, as well as an official digipack version of the same album. Both releases come differently packaged. The digipack is limited to 1000 copies and the picture disc LP is limited to 500. See the releases section for more information on these items. They can be ordered through No Colours Records in Germany (as always) or from the band. The re-release of the demo Cleansing of an Ancient Race / Eternal Damnation / Betrayed (from the No Colours Volume II compilation) is completed and due for release within a few short months. The sound has greatly been enhansed on the Eternal Damnation tracks; this is how the recording should have always sounded and the result is immensly pleasing, so for those waiting impatiently for the upcoming Medication album should be pleased to hear this hour of torturous pain. The CD/LP is entitled A Decade of Hate to celebrate the project's 10th year (of misfortune). Keep informed about the release by checking this webpage regularly, or the No Colours webpage. February, 2004 Okay, here we go! Another update after a long delay, and since there has been nothing of importance to report, there have been no updates. The planned re-release stuff is still going to be unleashed, and also the picture LP of "Suicidal Emotions" (on No Colours Records), but nothing works on schedual for Abyssic Hate and that's been the case for over ten years, so I expect people who follow the project with interest expect that. The artwork has to be finalized; that is happening soon, as is the re-mixing of the material for the re-release. It would be appreciated if people stop emailing regarding the upcoming Medication opus; it won't be coming out for some months yet and condradictory to spreading rumours, no, the project has not stopped. Emails in themselves are most welcome, but please, instead of emailing me about this upcoming album, keep updated by visiting this page, which is where the first source of proper information will be available. Medication will be an extreme shock to those who expect Suicidal Emotions 'Part 2', but the aim of this project has always been about freedom of expression. Although you won't hear what you heard on the last album, you will hear something extremely new and inventive - as opposed to your average black metal crap, which has been heard 1000 times already over the last few years - yet whilst still retaining an extreme black metal sound. Sounds cryptic, and it is! Please be patient as I am working to make the next album something special rather than some boring thing which you will hear a few times and put in the CD/LP collection with the 10000 other recordings you may own. It will be unleashed this year (2004), that is definite. Certain technical elements need to be addressed before recording can begin, and things that are rushed never turn out correctly in my opinion, so sit back and listen to some crappy and rushed black metal releases whilst you await something that will truly either impress or revolt you. Thanks to those who continue to show interest in the project in spite of the annoying amount of time between releases. Your support is truly appreciated! By the way: I'd like to send a huge fuck off to the cunts who are either producing or selling bootlegs of Suicidal Emotions digipacks and Life is a Pain in the Neck bootlegs on eBay, because you are, simply put, 'a pain in the neck'. You people have few morals and stand for everything Abyssic Hate is against. Kill youselves whilst you hang your heads in shame, you capitalist bastards! The releases were made so that you would kill yourselves, not profit off them! [A note from the webmaster: a number of new images have been added to the relevant section of the website. The new content is at the very bottom of the page.] June, 2003 The track listing for the upcoming opus Medication has been confirmed. The track listing shall be [in order]: Part I – Depression III Part II – Bloodletting Part III – Medication Part IV – Suicidal Emotions Part V – Betrayed II The album will most likely be around the 70 minute mark with the last track being around half an hour. The music has progressed extremely well and although it has been said before, you can expect the most ethereal black metal album to date from Abyssic Hate, much more so than the last album Suicidal Emotions. The track Bloodletting [which was originally recorded on the Cleansing of an Ancient Race demo] will be re-done but shall follow in the vein of the slower new direction. Suicidal Emotions was originally recorded on the limited Life is a Pain in the Neck promo tape from 1996 and shall finally make its appearance on a proper recording. The other three songs making up the remainder of the album are extremely epic tracks which are very hard to describe in context to today's black metal 'scene'. The idea of a double CD has been cancelled as has the original intention to include a range of covers for it, naturally. The album will be released through No Colours as normal! No recording or release date has been set. Lyrics will be posted up in good time when the artwork for the release has been confirmed. The cover artwork will be very graphic and is aimed to shock, rather than follow suit of most black metal bands who attempt to achive some sort of pathetic artistic value, and subsequently, fail miserably in their attempt. The last update has had a few slight modifications, unfortunately, due to certain small-minded assholes spreading bullshit rumours and attempting to jeapordize the upcoming future relocation, much against Shane's wishes. Those people can simply fuck off and die with their internet spreading propoganda. The hatred which Abyssic Hate spreads is dedicated to these simpleton losers who have nothing better to do with their time! Into the ovens with you!!! May, 2003 Once again, another huge delay in updates... but finally some more news is available. Firstly, to compensate for the lack of music which has been released since Suicidal Emotions, Abyssic Hate is planning to release a 7" EP [providing an appropriate label can be found]. Recording for this two-song EP will happen in July – a remake of Cleansing of an Ancient Race, as well as a cover of a song by Landser, a nationalist band which hails from Germany. If an appropriate label for this 7" EP cannot be found, the recording will go ahead regardless, and may be made available for in its entirety from this web site as downloadable 192kbs mp3 audio files. The planned re-release of early and bonus Abyssic Hate material on No Colours is still going ahead; this should see release some months later in the year. Remixing the material is taking a great deal of time as the sound quality of Eternal Damnation needs to be greatly improved. A sample of the original production can be found on the latest No Colours Compilation Volume Three CD, but do not expect the same sound on the re-release. The re-release will contain the demo [in its original, pure form – not re-mastered as was the case on the United by Heathen Blood split CD], Eternal Damnation and the Betrayed track from the No Colours Compilation Volume Two. The long-awaited Medication album will be delayed [once again]. Sometime during 2003, Abyssic Hate will be relocating, once and for all, to Ireland. Once the relocation takes place, three talented musicians will be joining Abyssic Hate. Recording for the Medication album, therefore, will take place a few months after that! Additionallly, regular live performances in Europe will also take place as a result this development. Updates to this website will become more frequent in the latter half of 2003; as may be surmised from the previous paragraphs, it looks to be a busy year for Abyssic Hate. Keep checking back frequently for the latest information regarding the project. It should also be noted that Abyssic Hate is no longer affiliated, in any way or form, with the Pagan Front organization. August, 2002 After a long delay with website updates, finally there is some news. The project has been relocated to Europe indefinitely so there is no mail address at this present time, however that shall change by the next update hopefully. Do not send any mail to the address back in Australia as it is now defunct. Recording for the new album Medication has been delayed, as has every other recording [this time, due to the extensive relocation of recording equipment]. The release will span over two CDs [4 LPs]. Expect a slight change from Suicidal Emotions although don't put down the razor blade just yet, for the depression has not entirely left the Abyssic Hate stable. Expect something a little on the unusual side, to say the least! Some of the track titles for the upcoming piece include: 'Depression Part III', 'Suicidal Emotions', 'Discommunication', 'Betrayed II', 'Fading Away', as well as an updated 2002 version of the old demo track 'Bloodletting'. In the meantime, however, you can contact No Colours to find out more about the re-release of some early materials and bonus stuff which is in the works now. This piece [which should be available later this year] is intended to satisfy those who are waiting for the next album, and hopefully, these folk will obtain some satisfaction out of hearing the debut demo in its raw unmastered form as well as the sold out Eternal Damnation mCD and some other extras. December, 2001 Another note from the webmaster: After another brief period offline, because of the unreliability of the previous URL redirection, the site has returned... again! Fucking finally, a new stable URL! This time around, thanks to Surt of Myrddraal and filosofem.com for his invaluable and prompt assistance in this regard. At the present time not too many changes have been made, but one important update is that all of the audio samples linked in the releases section are working again, after a considerable period of absence. July, 2001 Latest news regarding the upcoming Medication release is the inclusion of some session musicians to complete the piece. Several musicians will lend their skills and maybe another session musician or two will be added to the complete line-up for this next release, although this remains uncertain at this point in time. Suicidal Emotions has finally been released on both LP and cassette, so those interested should contact the necessary labels ... [see previous news updates for more information]. May, 2001 No Colours have produced some large Abyssic Hate logo stickers to coincide with the semi-recent CD release and also long- and short-sleeve logo shirts. People interested in these items are asked to contact the label. The tape version of Suicidal Emotions will be issued very soon through Old Legend Productions in Poland, and the LP version through No Colours. Both will be pressed in a limited amount so act fast if you wish to get your disgusting hands on one. There have been a few delays [as normal] with the release of these, but rest assured, they will appear on filthy Planet Earth in the near future. Shadow Records in Sweden are printing up some Cleansing of an Ancient Race t-shirts, featuring the original demo cover [printed in detail like the original design was supposed to be]. These will be limited, needless to say, and indeed an item to wear with pride to your local church or synagogue. The track for the Night and the Fog II compilation will be recorded soon. The track, to be recorded exclusively for this CD, will be a cover of the mighty Absurd track, Asgardsrei. Also recently released is the Smashing the Traitors compilation, which features the track Betrayed from the No Colours Volume II compilation. More information on this important compilation and the reasons for its creation, can be found at http://traitor.cjb.net/ The last bit of useless information is that Medication [the follow-up album to Suicidal Emotions] will be released as a limited edition double CD, then as a regular single CD version later on [at this stage]. The first disc will contain all original tracks, continuing where the previous album left off... the second, limited, CD will contain [long] cover versions of three bands that have had an impact on the musical direction change of Abyssic Hate over the past few years. This CD will again be released by No Colours, although the release date for this album is not schedualed 'til 2002. [In passing, a small note from the webmaster: as well as the addition to the news section, as above, new images and links have also been added to the site during the course of this update.] December, 2000 This month sees the unveiling of the debut full-length CD Suicidal Emotions on No Colours after some delays and problems, as normal. The CD is pressed in an unlimited amount and is available now. This recording can be ordered through No Colours at info@no-colours-records.de, or you can visit them at http://www.no-colours-records.de/ The LP version of Suicidal Emotions is scheduled for release early in the year 2001, in a limited amount of 300 copies. The LP will come with alternative artwork. The cassette version will be issued in a limited amount through Old Legend Productions in Poland. Various sections of the web site have been updated. As you may have noticed, updates at this stage are done on a semi-regular basis, being made only when there is relevant information to present. Abyssic Hate will next be recording a contribution to the Night and the Fog II CD which is scheduled for release by Darker Than Black in the coming months. Also planned for release on No Colours in a limited amount of 300 LP copies is a re-release of the original raw demo Cleansing of an Ancient Race and the sold out mCD Eternal Damnation. Currently there is no date set for the release of this item, although you can expect it around the same time as the LP version of Suicidal Emotions. More information about this will follow, in the next update. June, 2000 This month sees the unveiling of the present site. Those who are familiar with the previous Abyssic Hate site will notice that much of the information here has been adapted from the information that was presented on that site. Otherwise, there is no immediate connection between the two sites or their respective webmasters.
